About The Position

HemaSource is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate who will be responsible for accurate inventory cycle counts, as well as warehouse storage, shipping, and receiving of products, including operating machinery for the purpose of counting, moving, locating, and stacking merchandise. Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably cycle counting in a warehouse environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or other formal training preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with WMS and ERP software.
  • Proficient with RF scanner.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Able to maintain company standards of safety, security, and productivity.
  • Be able to lift, stand, twist, and walk for at least eight hours per day.
  • Must work at a steady pace and be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
  • Must wear safety gear, such as a vest, harness, etc., when operating equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts accurate daily cycle counts of inventory.
  • Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
  • Prepares and reviews records of materials received and shipped within the WMS system.
  • Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Transport and load materials, supplies, and finished goods.
  • Assists in solving work ‐ related issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and assist in maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team of individuals from various backgrounds and organizational levels.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
