About The Position

Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor Pool & Spa Depot is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Grounds Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while supporting the upkeep of our facility and exterior grounds. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining warehouse leadership, inventory control, and facility maintenance . You will help oversee the full lifecycle of operations-from receiving and shipping to ensuring the warehouse, parking areas, and grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Requirements

2–4 years of warehouse experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge
Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
Experience with facilities or grounds maintenance
Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
Open to overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control
Assign tasks, manage workflow, and support team performance
Ensure accurate shipments, inventory accuracy, and proper documentation
Enforce safety standards (OSHA, PPE, equipment use)
Train and support warehouse associates
Coordinate with drivers and internal teams for logistics and scheduling
Oversee facility and grounds upkeep: parking lots, loading docks, landscaping, signage, and lighting
Support vendor coordination and assist with maintenance and repairs
Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement
