About The Position

As the supervisor, you’ll ensure all grounds maintenance tasks meet contract standards, mentor a team of dedicated staff, and keep our outdoor spaces safe, beautiful, and fully operational. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in grounds/maintenance (1 year supervisory experience required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Hands-on grounds maintenance knowledge, supervisory experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for cultural diversity.
• Must be eligible for NACI / background/security checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team to promote growth, teamwork, and excellence.
• Monitor and approve employee hours and timesheets.
• Communicate regularly with project managers about grounds issues or concerns.
• Oversee grounds tasks, including landscaping, pest/weed control, and storm damage cleanup.
• Inspect and repair perimeter fencing and maintain clear drainage ditches.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and implement special assignments.
• Participate in company committees and contribute to a positive work culture.
