About The Position

The Warehouse Generalist plays a critical role in ensuring the maintenance shop operates efficiently by managing inventory, supporting technicians, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position is responsible for handling parts, tools, equipment, and facility upkeep while supporting daily shop operations to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience in warehouse, maintenance, shop, or parts handling preferred.
Able to lift 50 lbs., climb to elevated platforms, sit and/or stand for extended periods
Must have strong communication skills and the ability to have effective working relations across multiple departments.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance on small Honda motor up to industrial motor repairs preferred
Familiarity with small engine repair or industrial equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Light building maintenance such as:
Emptying office trash
Change light bulbs
Other light maintenance as necessary
Light restroom maintenance
Maintain a clean, orderly & safe warehouse
Ensure the shop environment is in compliance with company safety standards.
Transport vehicles, tools, or materials between company locations as required.
Provide courier support for equipment pickups, deliveries, and urgent needs.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, documentation, and reconciliation.

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
