About The Position

At SRC Logistics, we like to WIN and have FUN doing so. SRC’s newest operation is seeking to build our dream team of Employee Owners by adding to our Set Off Team. As an Offload Associate, you will organize, sort and prioritize core material ensuring that product is processed within the customer’s specified time. You will move freight, stock, and other materials from staging and processing areas, and attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.

Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Close attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, detecting problems and reporting information accordingly
• Basic Math: effectively use basic math to solve problems (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division)
• Independence: Guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done accurately and efficiently
• Communication: Competent oral and written communication as appropriate for the needs of operational processes and interacting with other employee owners.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
