Warehouse Forklift Operator – Night Shift Pay: $20+ per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Night Shift (12-hour shifts) Location: Clintonville, WI We’re hiring a Night Shift Forklift Operator to keep our production floor running efficiently by moving materials, collecting scrap, and supporting key workstations.

Requirements

1+ year of forklift experience required
Experience with sit-down forklifts, walkie-riders, or reach-lifts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic production environment

Nice To Haves

Factory/warehouse experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and handle materials safely and efficiently
Load scrap trailers, monitor balers, and support wastewater system
Collect and replace totes, bins, and Gaylord containers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate and coordinate with multiple departments

Benefits

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in three installments: $500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year
Night Shift Differential: earn an additional $2/hour
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule → Work only 14 days per month with every other weekend off
Week 1: Work Mon–Tue, off Wed–Thu, work Fri–Sat–Sun
Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, work Wed–Thu, off Fri–Sat–Sun
