About The Position

We’re hiring a Night Shift Forklift Operator to keep our production floor running efficiently by moving materials, collecting scrap, and supporting key workstations. Why You’ll Love Working Here $1,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in three installments: $500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year Night Shift Differential: earn an additional $2/hour 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule → Work only 14 days per month with every other weekend off Week 1: Work Mon–Tue, off Wed–Thu, work Fri–Sat–Sun Week 2: Off Mon–Tue, work Wed–Thu, off Fri–Sat–Sun Stable, full-time, direct-hire role with benefits starting day one

Requirements

• 1+ year of forklift experience required
• Experience with sit-down forklifts, walkie-riders, or reach-lifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic production environment

Nice To Haves

• Factory/warehouse experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and handle materials safely and efficiently
• Load scrap trailers, monitor balers, and support wastewater system
• Collect and replace totes, bins, and Gaylord containers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple departments
