About The Position
The Warehouse Dispatcher Assistant- Bilingual English & Spanish plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dispatching area . This position is responsible for coordinating the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, managing inventory levels. You will communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. By utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the dispatcher assistant will contribute to minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency in our supply chain. Ultimately, this role is vital for maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence within the warehouse environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities
- Gate control: monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles at the warehouse entrance.
- Provide updates on delivery status to internal departments as needed.
- Address basic customer inquiries related to deliveries, delays, or order confirmations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Verify delivery drivers’ paperwork, and load details.
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns.
- Provide friendly and professional experience to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain efficient traffic flow at the warehouse entrance.
- Provide support to team members and clients, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
