Essential Details Shift: Third Shift (6:00 PM – until completion) Schedule: Monday through Friday; occasional weekends and holidays may be required. Schedule is subject to change based on warehouse volume and operational needs Department: Grocery / Dry Goods Location: 1500 Brooks Ave, Rochester, NY Competitive Salary: $64,000 Requirement: A valid driver’s license is required for this role. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed further with your application without it. What You’ll Own As a Department Manager, you are the decision-maker on the floor. You’ll lead unloading operations, direct your team, and ensure every shift runs safely, efficiently, and on time. How You’ll Make an Impact Success in this role is measured by outcomes—not activity.
