At Genz-Ryan Heating, Plumbing & Electrical, we don’t just deliver parts — we deliver support to the best techs in the Twin Cities. We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat Warehouse Delivery Coordinator who loves staying busy, helping the team, and getting sht done.

Requirements

• Hungry, Humble, and Smart
• The kind of person who shows up 10 minutes early
• Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs
• A self-starter who doesn’t need babysitting
• Cool with change and likes variety in your day
• Known for having a good sense of humor and team-first mindset
• Ability to work the following shifts: Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm and 10am-6:30pm
• No set end times! Flexibility is key!

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles (yes, box trucks too) within a 60-mile radius
• Delivering parts & equipment to our HVAC techs, plumbers, and electricians
• Loading/unloading materials and helping on job sites when needed
• Keeping vehicles, warehouse, and inventory clean, organized, and dialed in
• Using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and company software
• Representing Genz Ryan with great attitude + solid customer service
• Monitoring emails, tracking other drivers, and staging equipment with limited direction after 3:30pm
