As a Warehouse & Delivery Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the products they need—accurately, on time, and with exceptional service. Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional communication and customer service skills, especially during deliveries.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely and correct fulfillment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; verify product quantities and accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory, clean work areas, and adhere to safety standards in the warehouse.
• Perform local deliveries using company vehicles, ensuring timely, safe, and professional service.
• Represent Gallaway Safety & Supply and The Huston Group in a professional manner during customer interactions.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, restocking, cycle counting, and inventory control.
• Report any shipment discrepancies, product damages, or delivery issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and operations team to ensure efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational policies.
