We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Associate to join our fast-growing C2H Team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, work well in a team environment, have a high level of customer service, and have strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse setting including forklift operation preferred
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
  • Be able to multi-task and work within daily deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Prepare equipment and materials for transport to job sites utilizing a company vehicle with trailer and staging for technicians
  • Shipping and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies for scheduled jobs
  • Load and unload products in a truck utilizing a forklift and/or hand truck
  • File bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for inventory reconciliation and audit purposes
  • Inspect and sign out parts and equipment to technicians, ensuring that technicians maintain appropriate equipment to properly perform required tasks
  • File freight claims for damaged goods
  • Identify excess and obsolete inventory and maintain system inventory accuracy
  • Verify all items received match items ordered for accuracy
  • Stock service vehicles, as instructed, to ensure that required parts remain on-hand
  • Assist management with inventory counts
  • Maintain warehouse and forklift by following required maintenance, housekeeping, and safety procedures
  • Keep warehouse area and parking lot area clean and orderly/neat
  • Clean off extra materials from job sites
  • Drive forklift safely
