About The Position

Bottles Beverage Superstore carries a superior selection of spirits, a wide array of accessible to world-class wines, and an assortment of imported, domestic, and craft beer – always at discounted prices. We are currently looking to hire Warehouse & Delivery Associates. Applicants should be passionate about the spirits industry and trends in the beverage industry. These individuals will prepare and deliver orders to Local Area restaurants, bars, and hospitality clients while also supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of restaurant and bar trends, safe delivery practices, and basic warehouse operations. Prior Food and Beverage or distribution experience is a bonus.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate company delivery vehicles safely.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and be on feet for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, or delivery preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of beverage/spirits industry preferred.
• Prior Food and Beverage or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming shipments.
• Prepare and stage orders accurately for delivery.
• Safely deliver products to restaurants, bars, and other clients in the Charleston area.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring product integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and accurate documentation.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain proper product displays.
• Assist with special promotions, merchandising, and sales support as needed.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and operating safely; report any issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and state regulations related to alcohol distribution.
