About The Position

Supports day to day branch operations by performing warehouse functions (receiving, storing, picking, and shipping product) and making safe, timely deliveries to customers usingpany vehicles. This is a safety sensitive position requiring constant awareness and safe work practices. Employment in this position is contingent upon and subject to ongoingpliance with the driving, safety, and physical requirements as described: acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); Drug / Alcohol Testing: Passing urine drug screen in accordance withpany policy and any applicable federal or state requirements. Continuedpliance with allpany drug and alcohol policies, including any required random, post-accident, or reasonable suspicion testing. DOT / FMCSA Medical Qualification: Meeting the physical qualifications to operate amercial motor vehicle under 49 CFR §391.41 (FMCSA). Obtaining and maintaining a valid DOT medical certificate; .Failure to meet or maintain any of the above conditions may result in withdrawal of a job offer, reassignment (if available), or termination of employment, consistent with applicable law andpany policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Valid driver's license from state of residence with at least three (3) years of driving history.
• At least one (1) year of experience operating amercial motor vehicle (GVWR 10,001 lbs. or more) within the last 36 months.
• Ability to read and match orders/ship tickets to items picked and delivered.
• Strong skills in reading, writing, basic math, data entry, reasoning, and analysis.
• Certification to operate powertruck equipment (e.g., forklifts) as required by thepany.
• Must meet the physical qualifications to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with FMCSA Section 391.41.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, climbing, and kneeling.
• Regular handling and lifting of up to 50 lbs unassisted; occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in typical warehouse conditions, including exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noise, and moving machinery.
• Frequent driving as a key part of the role; regular visits to customer sites with exposure to various weather and environmental conditions.
• Must follow allpany and customer safety protocols.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• This is a safety sensitive position; the ability to work in a constant state of awareness and in a safe manner is imperative.
