Warehouse Cycle Counter
About The Position
Cycle Counter/Warehouse Monitor warehouse inventory and conduct daily cycle counts. (repetitive counting, accurately and efficiently) Perform follow-up counts to ensure accuracy Verify product locations and resolve discrepancies Assist with inventory analysis and quality issues Conduct location audits. Working semi-unsupervised Problem solving Learn to identify several different parts Use of an inventory locator Identification of different types of steel: (sq tube, pipe, angle iron, rect. tube, etc.) Identifying different stages in production process: (warehouse, WIP, finish, etc.) Possibly becoming forklift certified
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience in inventory and operational procedures.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Understanding of MS operating platforms a plus.
