The Warehouse Coordinator manages warehouse documentation, schedules, and inventory systems. This role maintains accurate records, supports logistical coordination with vendors, and communicates operational updates between departments. Works closely with site manager and warehouse leads while providing administrative oversight that supports safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight scheduling with carriers and internal teams.
  • Oversee receiving documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
  • Review bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory data for accuracy.
  • Support warehouse staff during busy periods with hands-on receiving or staging tasks.
  • Manage documentation related to inventory tracking and material movement.
  • Assist with cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory systems.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, logs, schedules, and tracking forms.
  • Coordinate with customers or internal departments regarding inventory status or adjustments.
  • Ensure warehouse documentation aligns with safety and compliance requirements.
  • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or procedural gaps in a timely manner.
  • Support adherence to safety policies and serve as a communication point for updates.
  • Serve as liaison between warehouse operations and management or customer representatives.
  • Communicate changes in schedules, priorities, or documentation requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely flow of information between departments.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Follow all safety regulations and immediately report hazards or incidents.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by Site Manager, Project Manager, or Management.
