The pay range starts at $21/hr and goes up from there depending on experience and includes benefits PTO and 401k. Before You Leap: Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following: Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting. Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Safe and conscientious driving skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and distribute products according to company procedures
  • Prepare and verify all outgoing orders
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily receiving, stocking, and shipping activities
  • Manage technician truck inventory restocking
  • Support entry and tracking of procurement data
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with general warehouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Deliver material to job sites as required
  • Fulfill over the counter material orders
  • Transport DOT vehicles to repair/from repair facilities
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols
