Essential Duties/Responsibilities : Serves as first level of contact for any work order/sales order related issue within department; troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with processes and provide updates/info accordingly. Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure smooth shift hand offs/updates by effectively communicating with Warehouse Chargehands/Leads, Supervisors, and Warehouse Manager. Monitor order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling. Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Logistics Teams to resolve issues related to shipments and internal work orders. Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities/updates, scheduling details, and shipment logs. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time to meet customer expectations. Address and resolve issues related to incorrect or delayed shipments, coordinating with the Customer Service/Sales Teams as necessary.
