Requirements

  • 1+ years relevant work experience; warehouse environment a plus
  • Ability to stay organized and focused, even while juggling multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel and other basic computer systems
  • Effective communicator with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn and contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm in fast-paced situations
  • An offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a post-offer background check.
  • In addition, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), as required by the role.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
  • Tracking customer interactions, feedback, and concerns, and documenting them accurately
  • Coordinating with team members and partners to keep shipments on track
  • Following established procedures and company guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
  • Supporting issue resolution and updating customers along the way
  • Meeting key performance goals (KPIs) set by the team
