Requirements

1+ years relevant work experience; warehouse environment a plus
Ability to stay organized and focused, even while juggling multiple tasks
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel and other basic computer systems
Effective communicator with a positive, solution-focused attitude
Willingness to learn and contribute both independently and as part of a team
Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm in fast-paced situations

In addition, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), as required by the role.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
Tracking customer interactions, feedback, and concerns, and documenting them accurately
Coordinating with team members and partners to keep shipments on track
Following established procedures and company guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
Supporting issue resolution and updating customers along the way
Meeting key performance goals (KPIs) set by the team
