About The Position

Propelis has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator role in Richmond, VA! $1,000 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible new hires, paid in two installments and subject to company guidelines. Hours: 2nd shift, 2:30pm - 11:00pm Pay: $19/hour with the opportunity to receive two, 50-cent increases in the first year with successful completion of the company training program. This entry level role requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training for you to succeed in our team-oriented environment. We offer two separate performance/wage reviews within your first year of employment. The opportunity for growth and advancement depends on individual performance. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $19 - $20 hourly. No manufacturing experience required
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Lifting up to 30 lbs.
Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
Standing/walking for whole/majority of shift
Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

Make local deliveries using a standard box truck, no CDL required
Loading/ unloading trucks
Pack cylinders into boxes
