Job Location: Richmond, VA Summary: As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring all technicians have the proper equipment to perform their jobs and to account for all inventory, purchases, and on hand stock.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma - required.
  • Basic Computer skills - must be able to track orders in the system.
  • Driver's License - required.

Responsibilities

  • Create and place purchase orders with multiple vendors to ensure all inventory and non-inventory items are available for install and service dept jobs.
  • Tracks purchase orders in computer system.
  • Conducts quarterly inventory with Operations staff and reconciles inventory count variances and associated asset value.
  • Processes returns and determines when warranty is in effect for faulty equipment.
  • Order parts to restock the warehouse weekly
  • Order specialized commercial parts as needed and stage for pick up
  • Audit transactions weekly to assure accuracy and accountability
  • Monthly audit and management of aged inventory and proper stock levels
  • Print, verify, and pull part restocks for install and service technicians.
  • Assist technicians with requests at the warehouse counter as needed.
  • Process email requests for equipment from service coordinators and technicians.
  • Process electronic transfers in dynamics gp-(Process incoming ups and fed-ex shipments)
  • Verify contents of shipments
  • Electronic receiving of packing slips
  • Sort packing slips and invoices. match packing slips to invoices for review and approval
  • Process outgoing UPS shipments
  • Coordinate with sales and operations departments to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain neat and organized warehouse
