About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating material transfers between Warehouse A (Sharpie Way) and Warehouse B (Blue Ribbon). This role ensures timely preparation, shipment, tracking, and confirmation of inter-organization material movements while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with warehouse teams. Requirements

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Strong organizational and tracking skills
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems

Responsibilities

Goods inbound - checking, counting, labeling and putting away stock
Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods
Loading and unloading vehicles using manual handling and or forklift
Plan and coordinate inter-warehouse material transfers to ensure on-time availability
Ensure all materials are properly packed, labeled, and documented prior to shipment
Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on any delays or discrepancies
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods
Maintain accurate transfer records within ERP or inventory management systems
Collaborate closely with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow and intercompany logistics
Always follow health and safety procedures
E-mail communication and reporting
