Overview Summary The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the day to day warehouse functions primarily focused on shipping and receiving. This position will assist with training new co-workers, learning other responsibilities associated with inventory management and order processing. #LI-JM1

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, packages, and scans serialized items into ConvergeOne’s shipping system
  • Loads and unloads trailers using a forklift and/or a pallet jack
  • Audits incoming equipment
  • Assists with inventory audits/cycle counts
  • Works with Inventory Analyst on any PO’s that have damage, shortages or overages
  • Maintains forklifts and assists in maintenance
  • Works effectively with other departments within ConvergeOne
  • Pulls orders efficiently and on-time
  • Prioritizes orders based on ship via (Overnight, 2 nd day, etc.)
  • Takes on projects and ad-hoc assignments
  • Helps to maintain organization of the warehouse
  • Complies with all workplace safety and quality standards
  • Receives and logs daily FedEx and UPS shipments
  • Scans inventory items and assigns to a stock location systemically and physically
  • Assists in labeling and packaging
  • Helps train new hires with shipping /receiving protocols
  • Assists in inventory cycle counts
