About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator - SCC) is responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and that run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance at the Tri-Cities Distribution Center (DC). The Coordinator serves as the subject matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly. The Coordinator will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results. The Coordinator will leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges. The Coordinator will investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause. The Coordinator will have accountability for all Service Metrics.

Requirements

  • High comfort level with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work
  • Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge
  • Understanding of dashboard reporting tools
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort receiving/providing feedback to others. Organized and disciplined approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a result oriented, challenging environment
  • Effective coaching skills and communication skills
  • Must hold strong follow-up skills and embrace top level service environment
  • Additional skills as needed

Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.
  • Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave.
  • Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days.
  • Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually.
  • Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury.
  • Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year.
  • Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay.
  • Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child.
