About The Position

A Ziegenfelder Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for: Receive incoming raw materials: Inspect truck and follow the SOP’s for receiving and storing raw materials. Receive materials in the WMS. Record receipt into the receiving log, report to finance at the end of each month. Label raw material properly. Record lot numbers (sticks). Receiving paperwork, must be signed off, raw material match what was receive. Receiving paperwork must be submitted to the appropriate person. Communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure deliveries are set and properly planned. Manage inventory warehouse and online. Manage par levels at the warehouse. Maintain, update, and edit in the WMS and inventory worksheet for accuracy. Assist with EOM. Keep track of back hauls and report to finance. No more than 5 per week Review schedule at least one week in advance and communicate any possible shortages or issues. Purchasing raw materials. Communication: Responsible for communicating daily activities to Freezer Manager, Freezer staff, and operations team. Communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure deliveries are set and properly planned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent level of experience
  • 5+ years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
  • Must be available to work afternoon or night shifts, include weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to operate electric powered forklifts and electric powered pallet jacks is a plus
  • Flexibility across all shifts is a plus
