About The Position

As a Warehouse Coordinator for PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting cost and schedule control on industrial projects, collaborating closely with project, operations, and field teams to help drive informed decisions and drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to understand and employ the company’s specifications, methods, and procedures.
  • Understands quality of service and quality of product.
  • Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to carry up to 50lbs. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Arranges freight and completed documentation.
  • Selects equipment, from inventory, to be sent to jobsites based on the requisition.
  • Ensures maintenance and accuracy of inventory tracking.
  • Responsible for pre-job safety instruction (PSI) and auditing facility PSIs.
  • Schedules equipment periodic service and recertification. Provides Resources with completed maintenance work orders. Ensure required assets and materials have annual inspections performed.
  • Solicits customer feedback and initiates appropriate action.
  • Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Transfers data from working documents to PCL systems, including entering assets and material information.
  • Reviews orders, production schedules, blueprints, or shipping or receiving notices to determine work sequences and material shipping dates, types, volumes, ordestinations.
