Warehouse Coordinator Department: Production Location: Spring Hill, TN The Warehouse Coordinator supports the overall production processes in the powder fill room, does system transaction, maintains employee safety, and quality of product.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing production line facility in a similar position
  • Minimum High School Education or equivalent; some college work preferred
  • Intermediate math, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow GMP and SOP guidelines
  • Ability to stand or walk for 10 hr. shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for an extended periods of time
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to wear any required PPE such as scrubs, hair net, lab coat, and facemask
  • Ability to work in a packaging area with a moderate powder substance in the air with or without a respirator
  • Physical requirements include working above shoulders; frequent squatting, bending, twisting, and bi-lateral wrist movement
  • Ability to work around a variety of different smells and aromas
  • Ability to push or pull floor jack with up to 600kg super sack
  • Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require
  • Ability to use mobile electric equipment
  • Ability to follow schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Moves and issues correct components to the correct powder fill staging lanes
  • Be familiar with company policies (such as SOPs) to complete all assignments
  • Notify supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies
  • Ensure product is free from contamination or mix up
  • Follow and enforce cGMP guidelines and processes as established in department SOPs
  • Follows production schedule
  • works with warehouse on upcoming needs for filling area
  • Follows all safety guidelines
  • Must be able to research and trouble shoot inventory discrepancies
  • make adjustments as needed
  • Perform cycle counts of assigned WIP areas
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
