About The Position

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by handling shipping, receiving, deliveries, and cycle counting. Additionally, this position provides cross-departmental support in the absence of employees, including parts sales, shop assistance, and answering phones. The Warehouse Coordinator must be organized, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently to support the overall success of the branch.

Requirements

Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics preferred.
Ability to lift heavy parts and operate warehouse equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for deliveries.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different roles as needed.
Must be able to work in coordination with other team members and take direction from multiple departments

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts and service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
Ship outgoing orders efficiently and accurately including inner branch transfers.
Process cores that are returned by shop or counter
Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Pull parts for the counter by request or pick ticket
Stage parts for delivery or willcall
Pull parts for daily transfers
Transport parts to customers and other locations as needed.
Ensure timely and safe deliveries, with great customer service.
Assist at the counter by processing transactions and helping customers find the correct parts.
Support the service department by organizing and distributing necessary parts.
Professionally handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist with customer questions.
