Requirements

Experience with telecom materials (fiber, coax, OSP equipment) preferred
Previous warehouse, yard, or construction support experience
Ability to operate or learn equipment such as a skid steer
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organization
Commitment to safety and following established procedures
Must be available to work Tuesdays - Thursdays
Must have a valid Drivers License with clean record past 3 years.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming telecom materials (fiber reels, coax, hardware, etc.)
Track and maintain inventory using the company warehouse system
Pull, stage, and load materials for field crews based on work orders
Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to management
Operate equipment such as a skid steer to load/unload trucks and move reels
Maintain an organized laydown yard, including proper storage of reels and materials
Perform gate checks to ensure outgoing vehicles and loads are safe and secure
Deliver materials as needed while following DOT and OSHA regulations
Support team members and promote safe, efficient operations
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
