About The Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve as a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily operations within our distribution center. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that works across multiple areas of the warehouse and is heavy in administrative functions to help keep the operation running smoothly. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in warehouse operations, systems, and logistics, with exposure to tools such as WMS, SAP, and Salesforce and Intelex. Work with inbound internal/external parties around freight activities, including scheduling appointments and communicating with carriers. Perform trailer check-in/check-out and maintain accurate yard and shipment records Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation (Bills of Lading, purchase orders, manifests). Support purchase order processing and goods receipt transactions in warehouse systems Maintain and update reports, including shipment tracking, trailer logs, and basic KPI reporting. Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, transportation, customer service) to support order fl ow and resolve routine issues Provide general administrative support, including data entry and system updates. Assist with safety documentation, audits, and basic compliance tracking. Support employee engagement activities such as team events and site communications Serve as backup support for receiving and other warehouse functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory)
  • Comfortable working with systems and data entry (WMS, SAP, or similar systems a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
