About The Position
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring products are ready for installation crews. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and receive incoming materials
- Organize and stage materials for installation crews
- Maintain accurate inventory of stock materials
- Update inventory records as shipments are received
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with loading materials for daily jobs
- Communicate with team regarding material needs
