Our core values as are: Genuine - Curious - Creative - Committed - Impactful Job Summary: The Southern MN Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the warehouse including receiving and set-up. In addition, this role focuses on LEAN preparation which maximizes efficiency by eliminating waste, thus improving quality and speed. This person will be responsible for the physical receiving process including inspection, documentation, and communication of visible damage. They will palletize and organize the product according to project specifications created by the Project Manager or project team. This individual will also be responsible for pre-building furniture products prior delivery to the job site for installation. This role manages the installation supplies, tools, equipment, and miscellaneous parts including min/max levels of warehouse supplies. The role will assist in small deliveries and/or projects installation support in conjunction with the Service Operations team. Warehouse Responsibilities and Duties: Properly receive and palletize product in the warehouse Utilize warehouse resources (forklift, hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks etc.) Perform basic assembly using hand tools Communicate and upload electronic documents for receiving into computer system. Inspect product for damage or potential damage Properly handle furniture products and ensure work environments are clean and safe Ensure product is pulled, pre-built, and protected on equipment to meet quality standards Document and track equipment leaving and returning to warehouse Delivery & Installation Responsibilities and Duties: Deliver and place small product orders for local customers Assist with loading product onto delivery vehicles and ensure proper protection is used
