About The Position

Our Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily warehouse operations while performing hands-on warehouse tasks. This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining accurate records and assisting with workflow coordination.

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift/push/pull materials (often up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3 years of related job experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists
  • Label, store, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and delivery personnel
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
  • Assist with scheduling shipments and prioritizing order fulfillment
  • Communicate with internal teams such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and barcode scanners (if certified)
  • Help improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
