About The Position

Founded in 1971, Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) remains the nation’s largest non-profit dialysis provider. With a team of approximately 5,000 talented and caring employees serving across the United States, DCI provides care to nearly 15,000 patients on dialysis and 3,500 patients with chronic kidney disease. We offer a variety of services including in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (PD). Each position within DCI, from billers to administrators to nursing staff, contributes toward the goal of providing excellent patient care. Our staff has helped DCI achieve the lowest mortality and hospitalization rates among large dialysis providers for the past 13 years in a row. The Warehouse Control Specialist ensures the efficient and accurate flow of goods through the warehouse by monitoring inventory systems, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining real-time data accuracy. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, minimizing delays, and supporting cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and distribution. Schedule: Fulltime, Monday through Friday. Compensation: Pay range $48k-$59k depending on experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control required.
  • Valid drivers license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WMS or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts and audits.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound goods.
  • Track shipments and update systems with delivery confirmations and delays.
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve transportation issues.
  • Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Support implementation of new technologies or system upgrades.
  • Serve as the liaison between warehouse operations and other departments (e.g., procurement, customer service).
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff on system usage and inventory procedures.
  • Escalate system or operational issues to leadership as needed.
