The Continuous Improvement (CI) & Quality Manager is responsible for driving process optimization, quality assurance, efficiency, and standardization across GreenBox's automated warehouse operations. This individual will identify performance gaps, lead data-driven improvement initiatives, facilitate daily management, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and training compliance at all levels of the organization. A key focus of this role will be leading and participating in Kaizen events, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to eliminate waste, enhance throughput, and improve safety and quality within highly automated environments. This role also maintains site QMS documentation and ensures alignment with network SOPs and operational standards. GreenBox is pioneering fulfillment as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail. GreenBox is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.
