A leading manufacturer is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support critical warehouse and production operations. This is a high-priority opportunity within a small, tight-knit team where reliability, accuracy, and accountability are essential to daily production flow. What You’ll Do Load and unload trucks; inspect incoming shipments for damage Verify packing slips, unbox and check materials, and report discrepancies Enter and track inventory and material movement in ERP systems (NetSuite required) Tag, stage, and organize materials across warehouse and production areas Pick, pack, and process outbound orders accurately Understand and apply freight and intercompany terms Perform cycle counts and maintain detailed inventory records Coordinate with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED 3–5+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environments Experience working in small teams where reliability is critical ERP proficiency (experience with NetSuite strongly preferred) Forklift experience (certified or willing to obtain certification) Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in fast-paced settings Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel Why This Role Direct impact on production and daily operations Small, collaborative department where your work truly matters Fast-moving opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire Benefits Upon Conversion Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO Pay: $20–$25/hour 6 months (contract-to-hire) Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional overtime up to ~1 hour) Overtime: 0–5 hours/week, paid time and a half
