About The Position

We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk who will perform various functions including receiving, equipment maintenance, warehouse organization, and material management for the production floor. This role also involves managing unused materials returned from the production floor, maintaining tracking logs, processing materials flagged for destruction, creating special reports, auditing inventory, and troubleshooting inventory discrepancies. The clerk will also be responsible for placing jobs on hold when the supply of materials is insufficient. Requirements

Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays.
Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.
Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
Proficient in English in a business environment.
Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform receiving function, equipment maintenance.
Keep Warehouse organized and neat.
Maintain accurate daily and month end reports.
Stages jobs and manages flow of materials distributed to the production floor.
Be responsible for unused materials returned from the production floor.
Maintain tracking log and processes materials flagged for destruction.
Create special reports as needed, audits inventory and trouble shoot inventory discrepancies.
Place jobs on hold when the supply of materials are insufficient.
