About The Position

As a Warehouse Team Lead (Night Shift), you will oversee the handling and shipment of all finished products in a safe and efficient manner. You will be responsible for supervision and performance management of a team of warehouse associates, while maintaining operation with established standards for cost, quality, efficiency, and safety. The schedule and shift for this role will be Monday through Friday, 6pm-2am.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years' supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or related environment

Responsibilities

Supervise all confirmation of orders and shipment of all finished goods by truck.
Manage accuracy in loading and receiving through leading and coaching associates, collaborating with a team of supervisors. Achieve dock schedule and manage inventory flow with shippers.
Coach and lead team to conduct inventory audits to identify and resolve variances and ensure proper controls are in place.
Maintain safety, quality, housekeeping, and labor standards within warehouse operations.
Participate in shift handover meetings and logistics daily operations reviews. Coach associates in problem solving and root cause analysis, fostering continuous improvement.
Ensure proper use of Extended Warehouse Management by associates to lead team in a safe and efficient manner, maximizing storage and labor efficiencies.
