About The Position

Warehouse Clerk (Food Service) | Location: Phoenix, AZ 85083 Compensation: $18-$22 per hour| Full-Time Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7am to 3:30pm; or Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Job Summary Help keep our food service operations running smoothly! As a Warehouse Clerk , you’ll play a key role in receiving, organizing, and distributing food and supplies that support the overall operation of the kitchen. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make a difference behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on our team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of inventory procedures (receiving, stocking, shipping)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Flexibility, including a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
ServSafe® or State Food Handler Card required

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming food and supply shipments, verifying accuracy and condition
Record inventory transactions in the warehouse system, including receiving, stocking, and shipping
Store items properly, following temperature, rotation, and sanitation guidelines
Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Assemble and package orders for delivery or pickup
Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Follow safety protocols through proper storage of meats and vegetables
Other duties as assigned
