Ready to join us? JOB SUMMARY: Insure timely delivery of material and components from Receiving through Treatment Manufacturing operations, including shipping. Monitor and maintain treatment manufacturing schedules. Coordinate as required with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and QED Vendors to insure timely job completion.
Requirements
- High school graduation.
- Prefer three + years in the manufacturing environment with specific experience with production control/expediting
- Experience in computerized material control systems (prefer Fourth Shift).
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Purchasing to track the availability of and processing of parts orders for individual jobs.
- Receive parts, enter them into the inventory system, and move them to their physical stock locations.
- Enter BOM’s, as required—MOMT, MORV, CORV, etc.
- Enter Fourth Shift data; parts transactions, direct labor hours, “add-on” job parts.
- Perform physical parts runs to local suppliers.
- Pack systems for shipment.
- Coordinate with Shipping and prepare shipping paperwork and contact customers.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Assist on system test as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe environment
