About The Position

We are hiring a Scale Clerk / Receiving Clerk for an organic waste processing warehouse. This role supports inbound materials, truck weighing, and data entry using WMS/ERP systems. Great opportunity for candidates with logistics and receiving experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Scale Clerk, Receiving/Shipping Clerk, or similar
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and WMS/ERP
• Excellent attention to detail and communication
• Experience in a fast‑paced yard or industrial environment
• Comfortable working in a smelly environment

Nice To Haves

• Sit‑down forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh materials and commercial trucks
• Log transactions in WMS/ERP and Excel
• Direct drivers and resolve documentation issues
• Support warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure accurate shipments
