Warehouse Clerk/Material Control Coordinator (All Shifts)
About The Position
Join our team as a Warehouse Clerk/Material Control Coordinator and become an expert for inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and forklift operations! You’ll be the anchor between production, warehouse, and transportation, ensuring everything flows smoothly and accurately. 1st Shift Hours - Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm Position Starts at $21.00/hour 2nd Shift Hours - Monday - Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm Position Starts at $21.75/hours ($21.00 base & $0.75 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift) 3rd Shift Hours – Monday – Friday, 10:30pm-7:00am Position starts at $22.500/hour ($21.00 base & $1.50 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience with powered industrial equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- SAP experience preferred; HazMat certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE
Responsibilities
- Operating and overseeing PIT equipment (forklifts, turret trucks, etc.)
- Coordinating pick lists, shipments, and material returns
- Reconciling inventory and processing transactions in SAP
- Issuing labels and staging materials for production
- Scheduling inbound/outbound deliveries and managing documentation
- Auditing inventory and resolving discrepancies
- Acting as the SAP subject matter expert and trainer for forklift operators
