About The Position

We are seeking a candidate for our warehouse who will coordinate shipping/receiving, as well as deliver materials to job sites. This position is onsite in Kent, WA. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Fork Lift certification
Organizational skills & attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Computer proficient

Responsibilities

Shipping/Receiving: Unloading, inspect shipments for damage, verify materials against invoices/purchase orders.
Inventory Control: Sort, stock, and organize received inventory in designated warehouse areas.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for technicians.
Delivery Operations: Load vehicles safely, transport goods to local destinations, and adhere to traffic laws.
Documentation & Safety: Maintain clean delivery logs and records. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
Packing & Labeling: Preparing materials for shipment, including sealing, boxing, and creating labels for carriers.
Documentation: Verifying items against bills of lading, invoices, or purchase orders.
Inventory Control: Updating inventory records via computer.
Logistics Coordination: Scheduling carrier pickups and determining the most cost-effective shipping methods.
Inside Sales: Support the account manager on inside sales tasks as needed.
