We are seeking a Warehouse Associate in Tracy, CA! Shift Schedule: 2nd shift 1:00 PM -9:30 PM Wed-Sun Direct hire. Full benefits package! 15 days of PTO!

Requirements

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately pick and pack orders.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues if necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various warehouse duties such as order picking, building pallets, and loading/unloading trucks by hand or using forklifts, tractors, or other equipment.
  • Periodically use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, create paperwork, or document reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper storage and organization, as well as, on-time completion of shipments.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including inspecting incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Support and promote company core values.
  • Comply with company security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
