Requirements

Some experience working in a warehouse is preferred
Good communication skill in writing and verbally, using the English language
Good organizational skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment
Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required
Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse
Ability to see and hear (correctable)
Ability to communicate (oral and verbal) in the English language
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motions
Ability to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carry
Ability to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist
Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or lifts
Ability to work overtime on a regular basis (often at short notice)
Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Responsibilities

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which includes IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies
Pick customer orders
Receive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damages
Breakdown pallet loads
Inventory restocking
Assist with periodic physical inventory count as needed
Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirements
Ability to effectively operate Voice Picking
Comply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policies
Perform all job-related tasks as assigned
Follow the incident response procedure
