Warehouse Associate - 7AM-3:30PM M-F - Tempe, AZ
About The Position
As GCG continues to grow, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to add to our team in Tempe, AZ! In this role, your main responsibility will be cutting wire to customer orders, picking and packing orders, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. If you have a strong work ethic and the desire to learn with a growing company, this position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading distributor of industrial automation and connectivity solutions. Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri Pay Rate: $20/hr + full benefits Location: 7333 South Hardy Drive Tempe AZ 85283
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment required
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating manufacturing machines a plus
- High school diploma/GED a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate spooling machine to cut wire to customer specifications
- Pick inventory using sit down forklifts and tablets
- Pack orders and prep for shipment
- Sweep floors, wipe scrap off machinery, throw trash away, etc
- Assist with additional duties as needed
