About The Position

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery Tag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items Work with and maintains computer equipment Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack Push or pull 50-100 pounds regularly Other projects as assigned by management Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team Working in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA Should possess time management skills and be able to prioritizes tasks and meet the demands of the day Attendance and Timeliness is required. Ability to use a industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of warehouse experience
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
