About The Position

We don't just build gearboxes. We build careers, too. We are seeking an Warehouse Associate to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. Available shift: Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm - (Two 10 Min Breaks & 30 Min Lunch) Starting wage is $20.00 per hour. We don't just build gearboxes. We build careers, too. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting production operations by managing material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding high quality standards. This position involves a variety of responsibilities including material handling, quality inspection, shipping/receiving, and inventory control. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong attention to detail, and work well within a team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up) preferred
  • Basic understanding of blueprint reading is a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Verify incoming shipments by comparing item details to Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists
  • Unpack and inspect incoming goods; report and record damaged or missing items
  • Coordinate with management to address shipment discrepancies
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials safely
  • Receive and stage returned or defective goods for proper handling
  • Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse zones
  • Use RF scanners or enter data manually into the inventory system
  • Pull, allocate, and stage materials for production teams with accuracy and efficiency
  • Follow directions from the Inventory Control Supervisor to meet daily production support needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and quality records
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as required
