The AERO Specialties Parts Puller is responsible for pulling parts for assembly and shipping. This position ensures the accuracy and quality of the parts pulled, safe movement around the warehouse/yard, and completion of the associated paperwork/systemic transactions. What are we looking for? Requirements

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to perform a variety of tasks over the course of the day, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling as needed
Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Be able to operate a forklift and complete our internal forklift training program
Ability to regularly work 40 hours per week

Nice To Haves

Experience ERP Systems is a plus
Previous parts, and or aviation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Pull parts for work orders according to dispatch/pull lists
Safely and accurately pulling parts, moving between production areas, buildings and yard
Ensure product quality
Locate parts using an ERP system (LN)
Operate a forklift
Complete paperwork associated with parts
Communicate effectively with shipping, assembly, and production
Maintain a clean work environment
