About The Position

Temp Contract: 12-month contract with possible conversion to direct (this depends on your performance and attendance.) Functional Title: Warehouse Associate-Receiving and Put Away PAY: 21.25 Shift: (12:00 PM until 8:30 PM) Days: Monday-Friday Interview Type: Onsite interviews are required, and you will be able to view the site. Employee-paid medical benefits are available 1 PTO day per month accrued 11 Paid Holidays Warehouse Associate Most important: Warehouse experience Attendance Motivated Team Player HS Diploma/GED and 1 plus years of experience Responsibilities: 1. Receiving Sorter/ Put-away- remove parts from shipping cartons and check for accuracy, scan parts to WMS with scan gun, sort parts by location in warehouse accurately store and scan parts to locations. operate battery powered cart. 2. Cycle Counter – accurately count parts in locations and enter information into scan gun accurately. store and scan parts to locations operate battery powered cart. 3. Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. as some parts maybe heavy. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Steady work history 1 Year of current warehouse experience. Previous logistics or distribution experience will be required. Knowledge of the general warehouse industry, best practices, and techniques. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality – SAP preferred. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Ability to obtain all Dangerous Goods Certifications.
